This event is hosted by SUMAQ on 17th, a Peruvian Fusion restaurant known for delivering sensory experiences in Calgary.


The chefs for this event are Alonzo Aristides, the innovative mind behind Aristides Food, and the creative and talented

pastry chef Larissa Costella, who works at Salt and Brick & Mato and is the creator of Sunshine Ice Cream.


The event begins at 6:00 PM.

The tasting menu includes a welcome cocktail.
